Jill grows the fruit — seasonal, garden-grown citrus she can’t always sell fresh. Donna is a chef and artist who turns that excess into practical, flavour-forward pantry blends. Together we make Garni: small-batch, chef-tested citrus and botanical blends with clear traceability and minimal processing. For the Garden Festival, we will donate 100% of Garni sales to a programme supporting at-risk youth.
