Written Instructions

  1. Weigh out 12g of  hardener

  2. Add 24g of resin, this will cover a  6 x 4 inch (150mm x 100mm) photo block.

  3. If the resin is really thick, you can heat this mix in the microwave for 3 seconds, it will make it easier to mix.

  4. Mix well until there is no visible difference between the two products – around 2 minutes.

  5. Pour half of what you need into the middle of your project, with your stick pull the resin out to the edges.

  6. Now the resin is out to the edges, pour on the rest of the resin.  Most resin these days are self-levelling, so you don’t have to worry about that side of things.  But if a side looks like a piece of material with a pulled thread all puckered or it has a dent/hollow in it chances are you need more resin.

  7. Torch with a gas torch… not matches incase the match end drops into the resin.  Do this twice before the 25-30 minute mark to release the air bubbles, most will pop out naturally.
